Durable medical equipment

Recovery equipment, delivered and set up at home.

Iceless cold therapy, red light, wearable ultrasound, and knee CPM. The focus is workers’ compensation patients recovering at home. Self-pay is limited, and we say so before anything is scheduled.

  • Built for workers’ comp patients
  • Limited self-pay, when it fits
  • Home delivery and a real walkthrough
  • Knee CPM only — not other joints

What we place

Four lines of recovery equipment.

If a surgeon wrote an order, start there. If you are not sure which device fits, say what the surgery or injury is and we will sort it with you.

01

Iceless cold therapy

A unit moves chilled water through a pad, so the cold stays on the joint without a cooler to dump and refill. People use it at home after orthopedic surgery when swelling and discomfort need steady attention.

  • Pads for knees, shoulders, and other joints
  • Delivered ready to run, with a walkthrough
  • Usually a short rental around the procedure

Cold therapy — not an ice chest, and not a diagnosis.

How it works

From the order to the pickup.

  1. 01

    Tell us the order

Joint, surgery date, and which device — or say you are not sure. Tell us if you are a workers’ comp patient or self-pay for private insurance.

  2. 02

We confirm what can go out

You hear from us about the specifics of the unit and the details for the rental.

  3. 03

    Delivery and a real setup

Someone brings it to the house, fits it, and walks through start, stop, and who to call if it misbehaves.

  4. 04

    Support, then pickup

The order does not end at the door. When the protocol is finished, we schedule the pickup.

The company

Twenty years in healthcare. Then a company of my own.

I started Lifted Medical so the equipment after surgery would come with a person attached to it. Not a tracking number and a porch.

The name is the job. Help people get lifted back toward ordinary days — the walk to the kitchen, a night of sleep, the follow-up they are actually ready for.

The company is new. The work is not. Two decades around patients, surgeons, and the machines that show up after an operation. Most of that work is workers’ compensation. Self-pay is limited. This is the smaller version: four lines of equipment, a setup in the house, and someone who stays on the order until the pickup.

Questions people ask first

Do I need a prescription?+

Most equipment is placed from an order written by the treating doctor. Lifted Medical is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice. If you do not have the order yet, say so — we will tell you what we need.

Is it a rental or a purchase?+

Cold therapy and knee CPM are usually short rentals around a surgery. Red light is not a rental — the workers’ comp patient keeps the device. We name the arrangement for any other unit before it is delivered.

Do you take workers’ comp?+

Yes. That is the focus — workers’ compensation patients recovering at home. A smaller number of self-pay patients, when we can take them. We will say whether a self-pay device can go out before anything is scheduled.

How fast can you get here?+

It depends on the surgery date and what is on the shelf. Give us the date. If we can make that window, we will say so. If we cannot, we will say that too.

Who is this for?+

Workers’ compensation patients, and a smaller number of self-pay patients.

Request

Tell us what was ordered.

Claim details if you have them, surgery date, and the device. This is for workers’ compensation patients, and a smaller number of self-pay patients.

  • Workers’ comp is confirmed before the unit goes out.
  • Self-pay is a smaller number of patients, when it fits.
  • Lifted Medical is not a medical provider. The treating doctor writes the order.

Who is this for?

Workers’ compensation patients, and a smaller number of self-pay patients.

How is this billed?

Workers’ compensation is the usual path. Self-pay is a smaller number of patients.

Equipment

This request is emailed to geoff@liftedmed.com. Lifted Medical is not a medical provider. All orders and medical advice should come from the treating doctor. This is a request, not a promise that a claim or a self-pay spot is approved. Phone or email is enough — you do not have to leave both.
